Terms of Service
Last updated April 16, 2026 · Go Green Organic Clean LLC · Sarasota, Florida
Welcome to Go Green Organic Clean. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Go Green Organic Clean LLC, a Florida limited- liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of our website, customer portal, cleaner app, and the cleaning services we provide in Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties, Florida. By booking a service or creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept, do not use the service.
Important
Sections 12 (Arbitration), 13 (Class-Action Waiver), and 14 (Jury-Trial Waiver) affect your legal rights. You have a 30-day opt-out window for arbitration — see Section 12.

- The Go Green Organic Clean website, customer and cleaner portals, mobile applications, and the cleaning services we deliver at your property.
- Customer / you
- The person or entity booking or receiving the Service.

- An employee or contractor of Go Green authorized to perform cleaning work at customer properties.

We provide organic residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnover, and pressure washing. We use EPA Safer Choice and plant-based products where suitable for the task. We are a Florida LLC in good standing and a licensed / insured service provider. We are not a licensed general contractor, plumber, electrician, engineer, mold remediator, asbestos abatement contractor, or code inspector.
3. User accounts & security
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential; use MFA when offered.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used to defraud customers or cleaners, or that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits (among other things) illegal use, harassment of cleaners, discrimination against cleaners, scraping, and illegal service requests. The AUP is incorporated here by reference.
5. Booking, scheduling & property access
A booking is a contract to have us perform the selected service at the agreed date, time, and location. We do our best to arrive within the window and notify you promptly of delays. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access, secure pets, secure valuables, and disclose hazards in advance. See our Key Handling page for how we store and return your key or code.
6. Payment terms
- Prices are quoted based on property size, condition, cleaning type, and special requests. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the card on file for confirmed services and recurring plans.
- Recurring plans bill automatically on the agreed cadence. You may cancel up to 24 hours before the next cleaning.
- Tips are optional; 100% goes to the cleaning team.
- Late payments may incur a reasonable late fee after written notice.
7. Cancellation & refund
Full details are in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Summary: 24+ hours = free reschedule; <24 hours = up to 50% fee; no-show / lock-out = full service charged. The 24-hour re- clean guarantee is in our Warranty & Damage Protocol.
8. Modifications to the service
We may add, remove, change, or suspend features of the Service at any time. For material changes to paid services, we provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website and apps — text, logos, photographs, software, and compilations — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. See our Trademark & Patent Notice for common-law and registered marks.
10. User content license
You retain ownership of any photos, reviews, or comments you submit. You grant Go Green a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and — for reviews and testimonials — publish your content on our website and marketing materials, until you revoke consent in writing. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that the content does not infringe any third-party right.
11. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (Stripe, Google Maps, review sites). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use at your own risk under the applicable third-party terms.
12. Arbitration (Federal Arbitration Act, 9 USC § 1)
You and Go Green agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute") will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except for the carve-outs below. The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 USC § 1 et seq., governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
- Seat / venue. The arbitration will be held in Sarasota County, Florida, or by video hearing at your election.
- Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for any Dispute within that court's jurisdiction (currently up to $8,000 in Florida small-claims).
- IP carve-out. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or to enforce the Acceptable Use Policy.
- 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@gogreenorganicclean.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opt-out does not affect any other provision.
- Fees. We will pay AAA filing fees that exceed what you would pay to file the same claim in court, up to $2,500, unless AAA determines your claim is frivolous.
13. Class-action waiver
YOU AND GO GREEN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. No arbitrator or court may consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
14. Jury-trial waiver
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND GO GREEN EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO GREEN'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD $500 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR BODILY INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Green, its officers, members, employees, and cleaners from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms or the AUP, (b) your content, (c) your violation of law, or (d) an unsafe condition on your property that you did not disclose. We agree to defend, indemnify, and hold you harmless from third-party claims arising out of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
17. Force majeure (hurricanes & Florida weather)
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, flooding, wildfires, lightning outages, power grid or telecommunications failures, pandemics and public-health orders, labor disputes, acts of war or terrorism, and government actions. During a declared hurricane warning for Sarasota County (or any county we service), we may cancel or reschedule services at no charge; we will not charge cancellation fees for weather events that put cleaners or customers at risk.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration clause, any action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
19. Export & sanctions compliance
You represent that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (b) you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, the BIS Entity List, or the Denied Persons List. You agree not to use or export the Service in violation of U.S. export control laws (EAR 15 CFR Parts 730–774; OFAC regulations 31 CFR Part 500 et seq.).
20. Electronic communications consent (ESIGN Act)
You consent to receive communications from us electronically under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN, 15 USC § 7001) and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (Fla. Stat. § 668.50). Electronic signatures on service agreements, quotes, and these Terms have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
21. DMCA
Our notice-and-takedown procedure and designated copyright agent are on our DMCA page. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or the AUP, if continued service creates risk to our staff, or as permitted by law. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive — including Sections 9–16 and 18–23 — will survive.
23. Severability · Entire Agreement · Waiver · Contact
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
- Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the AUP, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and the specific service agreement you signed) are the entire agreement between you and Go Green on this subject matter and supersede prior versions.
- Waiver. No waiver of any term is effective unless in writing. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Contact. Questions about these Terms: legal@gogreenorganicclean.com · (941) 271-7948. General: info@gogreenorganicclean.com.
