Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

This agreement is electronically accepted every time a customer books a cleaning. A copy is stored with the service request and a receipt is emailed to the customer. You can also review it at any time on this page.
This Service Agreement & Liability Waiver (the "Agreement") is entered into between Go Green Organic Clean LLC("Go Green", "we", "us") and the customer requesting cleaning services ("Customer", "you"). By scheduling a cleaning — whether online, by phone, by text, or in person — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to every section below.
1. Scope of Services
Go Green provides residential and commercial cleaning services using eco-friendly, EPA Safer Choice-certified products. The specific scope of a cleaning is the one described in your estimate, quote, booking confirmation, or recurring service plan. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, quoted in advance.
2. Access to the Property
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful, and timely access to the property being cleaned at the scheduled time. Acceptable access methods include:
- Being home to let the cleaning crew in
- A lockbox with a code you share with us
- A keypad, smart lock, or garage door code
- Leaving a key in an agreed-upon location
- Leaving a door unlocked (not recommended)
- Meeting our crew at the front desk / doorman
If our crew arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee of $50 may be charged to cover the trip and lost slot. We will make two reasonable attempts to reach you before leaving.
3. Key Release & Entry Authorization
If you check the box authorizing us to retain a copy of your key or entry code, you agree that Go Green may securely store that key or code for the purpose of recurring service. Keys are stored in a locked cabinet at our office and are never labeled with your address. You may revoke this authorization at any time by emailing hello@gogreenorganicclean.comand we will destroy or return the key within five business days.
If you grant entry authorization and are not home during the cleaning, you affirm that you understand our crew will be working in your home unsupervised and you release Go Green from liability for pre-existing conditions or items that cannot be objectively attributed to our work.
4. Alarm Systems & Security
If your home has an alarm system and you provide a code, you authorize Go Green's crew to arm and disarm the system for the purpose of completing the service. You agree to:
- Keep the alarm code up to date with us
- Notify us in writing of any changes at least 24 hours in advance
- Handle any false-alarm fees if codes are out of date or the system is malfunctioning
5. Pets
If pets will be present during the cleaning, you agree to disclose this in the booking form. Go Green loves animals, and our products are pet-safe; however:
- Aggressive or territorial pets must be contained in a room, crate, or yard during the service
- Our crew may refuse service if a pet creates an unsafe working environment
- Go Green is not responsible for pets that escape through doors left open by the Customer or other household members
6. Photo Consent (Before & After)
Our crew may take before and after photos of cleaned areas for quality control, training, and (with your explicit opt-in) social media. If you check the photo consent checkbox during booking, you grant Go Green a limited, royalty-free license to use those photos for marketing purposes. If you do notcheck the box, photos will only be used internally and never shared publicly.
You can revoke photo consent at any time by emailing us. We will remove published photos within 14 days of your request.
7. Valuables & Fragile Items
Please secure cash, jewelry, firearms, heirlooms, and other valuables before the cleaning. Our crew is bonded and trusted, but we ask you to remove temptation and to inform us of any fragile or irreplaceable items before service starts.
Go Green's maximum liability for any single damaged item is $500 unless covered by our general liability insurance or unless a higher amount is agreed to in writing in advance. Items of sentimental or historical value above $500 must be removed from the cleaning area before our crew arrives.
8. Damages, Breakage & Claims
If you believe our crew damaged or broke something during the cleaning, you agree to notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning by phone at (941) 271-7948 or email to hello@gogreenorganicclean.comso we can investigate while the facts are fresh. Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied.
We carry general liability insurance. Covered claims will be resolved through our insurance carrier. Claims for pre-existing wear, design flaws, manufacturer defects, or items not reported within the 24-hour window are not covered.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee (Re-clean Policy)
If you are not satisfied with any area of the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. Because of the subjective nature of cleaning, Go Green does not offer cash refunds for completed services — the re-clean is the exclusive remedy.
10. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We know plans change. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- More than 24 hours notice: no fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service total
- Lockout / no-show: 100% of the service total

11. Weather, Illness & Force Majeure
We will never put our crew at risk. If severe weather, flooding, or natural disaster makes travel unsafe, we will reschedule at no charge. If a crew member is ill, we will notify you as soon as possible and either swap in another cleaner or reschedule.
12. Release & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release Go Green Organic Clean LLC, its owners, employees, and independent contractors from any and all claims arising out of:
- Pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces, floors, walls, or finishes
- Loss of items not disclosed or secured before the cleaning
- Allergic reactions to cleaning products (we publish our full ingredient list on request)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost rental income or business interruption
Nothing in this agreement limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Independent Contractors
Many of Go Green's cleaners are independent contractors who have signed our Independent Contractor Agreement and Drug-Free Workplace Policy. All of our crew members are background-checked and insured through our general liability policy.
14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement will first be addressed informally by contacting us at hello@gogreenorganicclean.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Sarasota County, Florida. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.
You may opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing legal@gogreenorganicclean.comwithin 30 days of first accepting this Agreement.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any legal action not subject to arbitration is the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
16. Electronic Signature
You agree that clicking the "I agree" checkbox at booking time, confirming an estimate link, or replying "yes" to a confirmation text constitutes your legally binding electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Florida Electronic Signature Act.
17. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version in force when you booked the service is the version that applies to that cleaning, regardless of later changes. The latest version is always available at gogreenorganicclean.com/service-agreement.
