Customer Service Agreement
Version v2.1-2026-08-25 · Effective August 25, 2026
Please read these terms before signing. Your accepted estimate or proposal provides the service-specific scope, price, schedule, and any additional terms.
This Customer Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Go Green Organic Clean LLC ("Go Green," "we," or "us") and the person or organization accepting a service ("Customer" or "you"). A request for information or an estimate is not a confirmed booking. This Agreement becomes binding when you affirmatively accept and sign the service terms presented to you.
1. Service scope and price
The accepted estimate, proposal, booking confirmation, recurring plan, or written change order identifies the work and price. Work outside that scope requires your approval and may change the price or schedule. If documents conflict, the most specific signed term for the applicable visit controls.
Products and methods are selected for the agreed task, surface, manufacturer directions, and recorded preferences. A preference or product request is not guaranteed unless it appears in the accepted scope.
2. Scheduling and property access
You must provide safe, lawful, and timely access at the confirmed service time. Access may be provided in person or through an agreed key, lockbox, keypad, building contact, or other method. Tell us in advance about parking, gate, elevator, alarm, entry, or timing restrictions that could affect the visit.
If the reserved team arrives and cannot access the property, the signed late-cancellation or no-access fee is $45.00 for each reserved cleaner. We will make a reasonable effort to contact you before ending the visit. The same event is not charged as separate cancellation and no-access fees.
3. Keys, codes, and alarms
By providing a key, code, or alarm instruction, you authorize its use only for the accepted service and related property security. You must keep instructions current and promptly report any change or suspected exposure. Go Green limits access to people who need the information for the service.
You may revoke ongoing key or code authorization by contacting hello@gogreenorganicclean.com. We will coordinate return, deletion, or replacement as appropriate for the credential involved. Responsibility for a false alarm, lockout, or access loss is determined from the cause and applicable law.
4. Safe property conditions
Tell us before service about damaged electrical systems, active construction, biological or chemical hazards, weapons, unstable surfaces, delicate finishes, unsafe temperatures, aggressive pets, or other conditions that could affect safe work. Go Green may exclude an unsafe area, use a safer method, adjust the scope, or reschedule work that cannot be performed safely.
5. Pets
Disclose pets that will be present and provide any handling or entry instructions. A pet that may interfere with safe service must be secured away from the work area. Responsibility for an escape, injury, or property event is based on documented cause and applicable law.
6. Service photos and records
Go Green may collect privacy-limited photos, checklist entries, timestamps, and notes when reasonably needed for the accepted scope, safety, service review, payment, or a claim. Operational photos should avoid people, private papers, screens, medications, and unrelated personal property whenever reasonably possible.
Public or marketing use requires separate permission. Withdrawing future marketing permission does not require deletion of a record that may lawfully be retained for an existing service, payment, safety matter, dispute, or legal obligation.
7. Valuables, fragile items, and existing conditions
Before service, secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medication, heirlooms, and other sensitive or valuable items. Identify delicate finishes, irreplaceable objects, prior damage, and manufacturer-only care requirements. Go Green is not responsible for ordinary wear, disclosed existing damage, latent defects, or loss not caused by Go Green, subject to applicable law.
8. Damage or loss claims
Report suspected damage or loss as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of the service, at (941) 271-7948 or hello@gogreenorganicclean.com. Identify the item, condition, location, and requested outcome, and preserve relevant photos or records. A later report may be harder to investigate, but this notice request does not waive a right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
The review may consider the accepted scope, existing conditions, access, communications, service records, and information supplied by the customer and service team. Any insurance or coverage statement is controlled by the applicable written policy evidence.
9. Completion review and service concerns
Go Green will perform the accepted scope subject to the property conditions and exclusions disclosed for the visit. If you are present, please identify a visible missed item while the team is still there when reasonably possible. Otherwise, submit an item-specific concern through the available visit link, by phone, or by email.
A concern reported within 24 hours is eligible for the contractual re-clean review. Depending on the facts, Go Green may offer a targeted re-clean, explanation, credit, refund, or another reasonable cure. Opening a concern does not automatically cancel payment for accepted work outside the disputed item. No photo, checklist, or statement is conclusive by itself.
This re-clean process does not restrict non-waivable legal, payment-card, regulatory, small-claims, or honest-review rights.
10. Payment
You agree to pay the price and authorized charges shown in the accepted service documents. Taxes and approved add-ons may be added when applicable. A disputed item should be raised promptly, but an unresolved concern does not eliminate amounts due for undisputed, completed work. Payment collection, refunds, and credits require the applicable transaction record; an estimate or draft alone is not proof that money moved.
11. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no access
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time.
- At least 24 hours' notice: no late-cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: $45.00 for each reserved cleaner.
- Material customer-requested change inside 24 hours: the same $45.00-per-reserved-cleaner fee may apply.
- No access: the same $45.00-per-reserved-cleaner fee may apply and is not stacked with another fee for the same event.
A per-cleaner fee applies only when a cleaner was reserved for the visit and the fee was disclosed in the signed terms. No fee is charged merely because a draft or request exists. See our Cancellation Policy.
12. Weather, illness, and events outside control
If severe weather, flooding, unsafe travel, illness, property conditions, utility failure, or another event outside reasonable control prevents service, the affected party should give prompt notice. Go Green may offer a qualified substitute when available or reschedule the visit. A Go Green-initiated safety cancellation does not create a customer late-cancellation fee.
13. Responsibility and liability boundaries
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for direct loss or damage to the extent caused by that party's negligence, recklessness, intentional misconduct, or material breach. No party must indemnify another for the other party's own negligence, recklessness, intentional misconduct, or unlawful act.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes a duty or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Service team
Go Green may provide service through employees or independent service professionals, as permitted by their written relationship and applicable law. Assignment may change because of availability, illness, safety, or service needs. Any representation about a team member's identity, qualification, screening, insurance, or credential is based on the current information applicable to that person and role.
15. Informal resolution and arbitration
Before filing an arbitration, either party should send written notice identifying the service, disputed charge or item, requested outcome, and supporting information. Send customer notices to legal@gogreenorganicclean.com. The parties will allow 30 days for good-faith resolution unless urgent relief is reasonably necessary.
Unless you timely opt out, a dispute that remains unresolved will be resolved by individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules and Consumer Due Process Protocol. Either party may use an available small-claims court for a claim within its jurisdiction. Arbitration fees and procedures are governed by the applicable consumer rules and law. Class or representative proceedings are waived only to the extent permitted by law.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@gogreenorganicclean.com within 30 days after first accepting this Agreement. Include your name and the email or phone used for the booking. Opting out does not affect the remaining terms. Arbitration does not restrict an honest review, a report to a regulator, an available small-claims action, or another right that applicable law makes non-waivable.
16. Honest reviews and prohibited conduct
Nothing in this Agreement restricts, penalizes, or transfers ownership of an honest review or good-faith opinion, including a negative review. We encourage direct notice of a service or billing concern so it can be investigated and addressed.
No party may knowingly publish a materially false factual statement, disclose another person's private access or personal information, threaten, extort, harass, impersonate, or publish unlawful content. A negative opinion is not a breach merely because another party disagrees with it.
17. Governing law and venue
Florida law governs this Agreement without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. A court action not subject to arbitration must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Sarasota County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum.
18. Electronic records and signature
By consenting to electronic records and typing or drawing your name in the signing flow, you intend to sign the Agreement presented to you. Go Green retains the accepted version, service terms, signature time, acknowledgements, and standard security records associated with the acceptance. You may save the signed page or request an electronic or paper copy. Withdrawing consent for future electronic records does not invalidate a prior signature.
19. Entire agreement, changes, and severability
This Agreement and the accepted service documents are the agreement for the applicable service and replace prior discussions about the same subject. A change to an accepted service must be agreed in writing. A later website update does not rewrite terms already accepted for an earlier service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. The current public version is available at www.gogreenorganicclean.com/service-agreement.
