A qualifying streak is awarded after the 48-hour feedback window.
Perfect Clean requirements
Arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled start, complete the full checklist, upload your own before-and-after photos, and have no complaint or rating below 5.
one bonus hour for specialty jobs
Completed deep-clean and post-construction work adds the configured bonus time at the protected cleaning rate.
No penalties or clawbacks. Missing one reward condition can reset future streak progress. It never reduces the accepted job payout, creates a deduction, or takes back a bonus already earned.
