ChatGPT and connected apps

If you use a Go Green integration through ChatGPT or another MCP client, we receive the tool inputs you choose to submit. Public estimate previews do not create a service request. Confirmed request submissions use our existing service-request workflow and retain their acquisition source. Availability is requestable until our scheduling workflow confirms the appointment.

Connecting an existing customer account requires Go Green sign-in and permission consent. The connection can access only that account's authorized information. We retain hashed connection credentials, permission and expiry records, retry records, and audit evidence. We use limited request timing and in-memory hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention; normal integration logs exclude customer details and credentials.

Authorized tool results are shared with the client you connected and are subject to that provider's privacy terms. Payment takes place on our secure website or payment provider; the integration does not collect card details or directly charge a card. Do not enter alarm codes, gate codes, or other access secrets in a conversation or public request.

You can revoke Go Green account access from Connected apps. Disconnecting does not cancel a visit or undo an already submitted request. Contact us using the privacy-request instructions below for assistance with retained business records. A technical integration does not mean it is publicly listed or approved by OpenAI.

1. Information we collect

• Contact: name, email, phone, service address.
• Account information: sign-in credentials, account role, and security or preference settings.
• Payment: payment-provider references, billing records, refunds, and tips. Payment providers handle full card or bank credentials used in their secure flows.
• Service preferences: cadence, pets, entry method, allergy or sensitivity notes, special instructions.
• Communications: SMS, email, inbound or outbound calls, chat messages, and support requests. Some calls may be recorded or transcribed with notice where required.
• Device and usage: network address and requested public page; with optional analytics, browser or device context and interaction information; and with optional marketing, referring-page and campaign details in our site analytics.
• How you found us: on our public pages, whatever your cookie choices, the site keeps a note in your browser's own storage (not a cookie) of the campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the link you arrived on, the website that sent you (its address only, not the page), the first page you viewed and when, how many visits you have made, and which of our quote buttons you used. Your first visit is kept and your most recent visit from another site or link is updated. This note stays in your browser unless you submit a quote request; it is then saved with that request so we can see how customers find us, for example through a search engine, an AI assistant, Nextdoor, or an ad. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• Geolocation: service address; approximate IP geolocation; precise cleaner GPS during assigned shift only.
• Service media: photos or other service evidence uploaded in connection with a visit, when applicable.
• Cleaner and staff applicants: application, experience, work-eligibility, identity, and screening information appropriate to the role and hiring stage.

2. How we use your information

• Schedule, deliver, and quality-check cleaning services.
• Process payments, refunds, and tips.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, cleaner-ETA alerts, and post-service satisfaction surveys.
• Use automated tools to assist with service estimates, summaries, drafts, and organization. We do not rely on a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
• Prevent fraud and protect accounts and services.
• Comply with tax, insurance, and employment-law obligations.
• Send marketing subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements and our Anti-Spam Policy.

3. GDPR lawful basis (Art. 6)

4. California / state residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, sensitive information, targeted advertising, sale or sharing, and non-discrimination. 5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

When the site receives a supported Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline of optional analytics and marketing technologies for that browser. The signal takes precedence over an earlier optional acceptance. Where applicable, we also treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

6. Third-party service providers

We use service providers for functions such as payments, phone and text communications, email, hosting and security, productivity, mapping, and AI-assisted features. They receive information appropriate to the service they provide and process it under applicable terms or agreements. See the provider information on our Subprocessors page.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States. When personal information is transferred from a jurisdiction that restricts international transfers, we use safeguards required by applicable law. Depending on the transfer, these may include approved contractual clauses, an applicable adequacy decision or transfer framework, and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information in light of the nature of the data and the services involved. 9. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, account administration, payment and dispute records, safety, consent and preference records, and applicable tax, accounting, employment, insurance, or other legal obligations. The period varies by record and context. We may keep information longer when required to preserve a legal claim, respond to a dispute, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live and the processing involved, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal exceptions).
• Object to or restrict certain processing (e.g., marketing, analytics).
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Request a portable copy of eligible data in a commonly used format.
• Designate an authorized agent to exercise rights on your behalf.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults (18+). Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 USC § 6501 et seq.) and GDPR Article 8, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact privacy@gogreenorganicclean.com and we will review the report and take appropriate steps under applicable law.

12. Security-incident notifications

If we identify a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate, take appropriate containment and remediation steps, and notify affected people or authorities when and within the time required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide any additional notice or consent choice required by applicable law.
