- Email / SMS delivery (SendGrid, OpenPhone)
- AI inference (Groq, OpenAI — text only, anonymized)
- Analytics (Google Analytics when enabled)
- Legal / regulatory (if compelled by subpoena, court order, or lawful government request)
6. Your rights (CPRA)
- Right to know. Request the categories and specific pieces of PI we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
- Right to delete. Request deletion of your PI, subject to narrow exceptions (active contract, legal record-keeping, fraud prevention).
- Right to correct. Have inaccurate PI corrected.
- Right to portability. Obtain a copy in a common, machine-readable format.
- Right to limit use of Sensitive PI. Restrict our use of SPI to what is necessary to provide the service you requested.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not charge you differently, provide a different level of service, or deny service for exercising any right.
- Right to opt-out of sale/sharing. We do not "sell" PI for money, but the CPRA defines "sharing" to include some cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt-out at any time.
7. We do not sell personal information
Go Green Organic Clean does not sell Personal Information as that term is defined under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ad). We also do not "share" PI for cross-context behavioral advertising when you send a valid Global Privacy Control signal.
To submit a formal Do-Not-Sell / Do-Not-Share request, visit /do-not-sell.
8. How to exercise your rights
- Email privacy@gogreenorganicclean.com.
- Call or text (941) 271-7948 and say "CCPA request."
- Use the in-app GDPR / data tools at /client (export + delete) once logged in.
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with written notice).
9. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.135(c). We require:
- Written permission from you, signed and dated.
- Proof of the agent's identity.
- Verification of your own identity.
- For registered agents (e.g., law firms with power of attorney), a valid California state business registration.
10. Verification process
We use a two-factor check: matching the email or phone number on file plus one additional attribute (recent invoice number, service address, or account-creation date). For sensitive requests (deletion, porting), we may require a one-time code sent to the registered email.
11. Non-discrimination
We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a lesser experience because you exercised any right under CCPA / CPRA. Pricing already offered to loyalty / referral program members remains available regardless.
12. 12-month record of requests
We maintain an internal record of the number of requests received, the number granted in whole or in part, the number denied, and the median response time. This record is updated annually and available on request.
13. Residents of other states
Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Utah (UCPA), and Florida under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights — each grants materially similar rights. We extend this notice and process to residents of those states. If your state provides rights we have not enumerated, we honor those rights to the extent required by law.
