1. Scope
"Personal information" has the meaning provided by applicable law. It does not include information that is lawfully public, deidentified, aggregated, or otherwise excluded from the CCPA. Some workforce and business-contact information may also be governed by separate notices or legal rules.
2. Information categories
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories. An example does not mean we collect that item from every person.

| Customer and commercial records | Estimates, bookings, service preferences, communications, purchases, invoices, and service history. |
| Payment and transaction information | Billing details, payment status, transaction references, refunds, and disputes. Payment credentials are handled by the payment service involved. |
| Internet and device activity | Browser or device information, pages and features used, session timing, cookie choices, and security logs. |
| Location, sensory, and service content | Service location, call or message content, and service photos or notes when those records are used for the applicable interaction. |
| Applicant and workforce information | Application, work-history, qualification, screening, tax, and payment records for applicants or service professionals. |
| Inferences | Service preferences, likely service needs, and operational recommendations derived from the information above. |
| Sensitive personal information | Account credentials, property-access instructions, precise location when enabled for an applicable workforce function, and the contents of private communications. |
3. Purposes and sources
We collect personal information:
- directly from you or someone acting on your behalf;
- from your use of our website, accounts, and communications;
- from service providers supporting payments, communications, security, location, or business operations;
- from customers, applicants, service professionals, and business partners involved in an interaction; and

We use it to:
- provide estimates, schedule and perform services, and support customer requests;
- process transactions and maintain business and tax records;
- manage accounts, applications, service professionals, and business relationships;
- communicate about requested services and, where permitted, marketing preferences;

- comply with contracts, legal obligations, and lawful requests.
4. Disclosures and service providers
We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, counterparties to an authorized transaction, and government or legal recipients when permitted or required. The categories of providers supporting our operations are described on our Service Providers page. We do not sell personal information for money. If a processing activity is treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law, you may submit an opt-out request as described below.
5. Retention
We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, account administration, contracts, taxes, disputes, safety, security, and other legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and the applicable relationship; information is deleted or deidentified when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.
6. Privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have the right to:
- know the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information and request specific pieces of information;
- request deletion or correction of personal information;
- receive eligible information in a portable format;
- opt out of a sale or sharing of personal information;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information when that right applies; and
- exercise these rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
7. Submit a request
- Email privacy@gogreenorganicclean.com.
- Call or text (941) 271-7948.
- Use our privacy choices page for sale, sharing, or sensitive-information choices.
- Send a recognized Global Privacy Control signal through your browser for an applicable opt-out request.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may request proof of the agent's authority and may ask the consumer to verify their identity or confirm the authorization directly.
8. Verification and timing
We use information reasonably related to your relationship with us to verify a request and avoid disclosing information to the wrong person. We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary for that purpose.
For CCPA requests to know, access, delete, or correct, we confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If reasonably necessary, the response period may be extended once by an additional 45 calendar days with notice and an explanation. Valid CCPA opt-out and limit requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 15 business days after receipt. If we deny or limit a request, we will explain the basis and any available appeal or follow-up process required by law.
