Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and we understand plans change. This page explains exactly how cancellations and reschedules work at Go Green Organic Clean so there are never any surprises.

1. How Much Notice We Need

More than 24 hours notice: No fee. Reschedule or cancel freely.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service total.
Lockout / no-show / unable to enter: 100% of the scheduled service total.
Recurring customer skip (with at least 48 hours notice): No fee.

These fees exist because last-minute cancellations leave our crew without work for that window and we're committed to paying our team fairly.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

The fastest options, in order:

Log in to your client portal and tap Reschedule on the upcoming visit.
Text or call us at (941) 271-7948.

Cancellation time is measured from the moment we receive your message, not the moment you sent it.

3. Cancellations by Go Green

We almost never cancel, but if we do (illness, crew emergency, severe weather, etc.) we will:

Notify you as soon as possible
Offer the earliest available reschedule slot
Apply a courtesy 10% credit toward your next visit

4. Recurring Service Pauses

Going on vacation? Pause your recurring service in the client portal or by letting us know. Pauses of 30 days or less hold your schedule and pricing. Pauses over 30 days may require re-onboarding and a fresh walkthrough quote.

5. Refunds

Because cleaning results are subjective, we do not issue cash refunds for completed services. Instead, our re-clean guarantee covers any area you're not satisfied with — just notify us within 24 hours and we'll return and re-clean at no extra cost. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

6. Disputing a Cancellation Fee

If you believe a cancellation fee was charged in error, reply to the charge email or call us within 7 days. We review every dispute personally and will reverse fees charged in error.
