What if I need to pause for a vacation?▼
No problem. Pauses under 30 days hold your schedule and your pricing. Just let us know through the portal or by text.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel?▼
30 days. We keep cleaning through your notice period.
What is the early termination fee?▼
If you cancel before your minimum term ends, you owe the discounts we granted plus 50% of the remaining contracted value — capped at $500. It's market standard and designed to cover only our real costs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?▼
Yes — switching frequency is free and takes effect on your next visit. Downgrading mid-term counts toward your minimum term at the new rate.
Is my rate locked?▼
Yes. Your contracted per-visit price is locked for the entire minimum term, even if our base pricing goes up.
What happens at the end of the term?▼
Your plan automatically continues month-to-month at the same rate — cancel anytime after with the standard 30-day notice. Or you can sign a fresh term for another locked-in window.
