Our Commitment
Go Green Organic Clean is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these.
What We've Done
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks on every page
- Keyboard navigation support across the public site and customer / cleaner portals
- Minimum 44×44px tap targets on all mobile buttons
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA on text and interactive elements
- Alt text on photos and meaningful images
- Scalable text up to 200% without loss of functionality
- Focus indicators on every interactive element
- Descriptive link text — no "click here"
- Form fields with visible labels and inline error messages
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet meet AA standards. Known issues include:
- Some third-party embedded content (Stripe, Google Calendar) is governed by the provider
- Legacy PDF paystubs and contractor documents are in the process of being tagged
- Video content does not yet have audio descriptions (transcripts are available)
