1. Our commitment
We do not buy email or phone lists. We do not send unsolicited bulk messages. We do not disguise the sender or the purpose of any message. We honor opt-outs immediately and retain consent records so we can prove they are genuine.
2. CAN-SPAM — Email rules
Every marketing email we send will:
- Use an accurate "From", "To", and routing header.
- Have a subject line that truthfully describes the message (no bait-and-switch).
- Be clearly identified as an advertisement when it is one.
- Include our valid physical postal address: Go Green Organic Clean LLC, [PRINCIPAL BUSINESS ADDRESS — verify in public records], Sarasota, FL.
- Include a visible, working unsubscribe link.
- Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days (we target 24 hours).
Transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, service reminders) are not subject to the unsubscribe requirement but still include an accurate "From" and physical address.
3. TCPA — SMS and autodialed calls
- We obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing SMS, as required by 47 CFR § 64.1200(a)(2). Consent is collected separately from purchase and with a clear, conspicuous disclosure.
- Informational SMS (booking confirmations, cleaner ETA, reminders) requires prior express consent — which you give when you enter your mobile number and book.
- STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or STOPALL triggers immediate opt-out and a single confirmation reply.
- HELP returns our company name, contact, and opt-out instructions.
- Message frequency is disclosed at opt-in; standard rate notice ("Msg & data rates may apply") is included in the first SMS.
- We do not send marketing SMS on national holidays or outside 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. local time at the recipient's number.
- Under the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.059), as amended by HB 761 (2023), we treat consent as required for every outbound call or text to a Florida mobile number and log consent accordingly.
4. CASL — Canadian recipients
Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires express consent before sending a commercial electronic message (CEM). If you are in Canada:
- We use double opt-in (click-to-confirm) for email and SMS, and retain a record of the request, confirmation, and IP.
- Every CEM identifies the sender, provides a valid postal and email contact, and includes an unsubscribe mechanism active for at least 60 days.
- We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days (target 24 hours).
5. Consent records we keep
- Channel (email / SMS / voice).
- Exact text of the consent disclosure you accepted.
- Timestamp (UTC) and IP address.
- Path URL where consent was given.
- Opt-out requests and when we honored them.
These records are retained for the greater of 4 years (TCPA statute of limitations) or 3 years after opt-out, per our retention schedule.
6. How to opt out
- Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
- SMS: reply STOP.
- Voice: state during the call that you do not want to receive further calls, or email info@gogreenorganicclean.com.
- All channels at once: email privacy@gogreenorganicclean.com with "opt-out all" in the subject.
- We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and state DNC lists for unsolicited calls.
7. Sender identification footer
Every marketing email includes, as a visible footer:
- Company legal name (Go Green Organic Clean LLC).
- Our Sarasota, FL postal address.
- Phone (941) 271-7948.
- Unsubscribe link.
- Link to this Anti-Spam Policy.
We use DKIM, SPF, and DMARC email authentication so your provider can verify the message is genuinely from us.
8. Report abuse
If you received a message that looks like it came from us but you never gave consent, please forward it (with full headers) to abuse@gogreenorganicclean.com. We investigate every report and, where a bad actor is spoofing our domain, we coordinate with authorities and our email vendor.
