1. Scope
"Service" means our website, mobile apps, portals, APIs, physical cleaning services, SMS/email/voice channels, and any branded materials or endpoints we operate. This policy binds all users — customers, prospects, cleaners, franchisees, guests, and vendors.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of federal, Florida state, county, or municipal law (including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act 18 USC § 1030).
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Go Green Organic Clean.
- Send spam, phishing, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial messages via our channels.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or network resource.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network (except via the responsible disclosure process on our Security page).
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, including through denial- of-service attacks.
- Introduce viruses, worms, ransomware, or any malicious code.
- Harass, threaten, or defame any Go Green employee, cleaner, customer, or third party.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit content through any field, including chat, notes, or photo uploads.
- Violate any third-party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
3. Cleaning-service-specific rules
Because we enter private property in Florida homes and businesses, the following additional rules apply to booking and receiving service:
- Do not request that we clean spaces where a person is sleeping, undressed, or otherwise unable to consent to our presence.
- Do not request that we enter a property without the owner's (or lawful tenant's) permission.
- Do not offer cash incentives for us to perform tasks outside of our scope, including code-inspected work (electrical, plumbing, structural).
- Do not instruct us to clean around, conceal, or dispose of contraband, illegal drugs, stolen property, biohazardous material, or evidence of a crime.
- Do not instruct us to operate firearms, weapons, or hazardous equipment.
- Do not request that we skip background-check or bonding requirements for assigned cleaners.
4. Scraping & automation
Our public site may be crawled by search engines in accordance with our robots.txt. Otherwise, you may not:
- Scrape, copy, or re-host our reviews, city landing pages, pricing, or blog content.
- Use AI training crawlers on our site without written permission — we reserve all rights under Fla. Stat. § 815 and the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act 18 USC § 1836 for pricing, review, and workflow content.
- Automate requests to our booking form, quote engine, or authentication endpoints.
5. Cleaner-protection rules
Our cleaners are the heart of the business. When scheduling or receiving service, you agree that you will not:
- Discriminate against a cleaner based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, marital status, or any protected class under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act (Fla. Stat. § 760.01 et seq.), or local ordinance.
- Harass a cleaner sexually, verbally, or physically. We reserve the right to immediately end service and bar future bookings for any such conduct.
- Solicit or hire a cleaner outside the platform for the duration of their assignment with Go Green plus 12 months. (A reasonable buyout is available — contact us.)
- Ask a cleaner to work under the table, in cash, or without our supervision.
- Request that a specific cleaner be excluded on the basis of a protected characteristic.
6. Illegal service requests
We will not clean, transport, or dispose of anything that violates federal, state, or local law. Examples include (without limitation) controlled substances under 21 USC § 812, human remains, biohazardous medical waste (outside of licensed remediation partners), child sexual abuse material, and counterfeit currency or goods.
We may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement and will comply with lawful subpoenas pursuant to our Privacy Policy.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension of booking ability, termination of account, cancellation of pending services with forfeiture of deposits, or referral to law enforcement. We reserve the right to remove user content that violates this AUP without notice. Termination does not limit other remedies available to us.
